Placement of order

  • Normally orders are faxed, e-mailed or hand delivered.
  • Measurements can be imperial or metric, using our order form or in your own format.
  • Please indicate on order if it is for quotation purposes only.
  • Clearly differentiate doors (arched or square) from drawers.
  • All sizes on the order must be final dimensions. We will not make any calculations or suggestions of sizing.
  • Stamp and indicate on your order that it has been sent. Do not send an order more than once. A confirmation will be prepared with an invoice report.
  • Please double-check that all information on the confirmation is correct and return a signed copy.
  • No changes can be made once your order is in production.

Credit policy

A current 2 page credit application must be completed and submitted before any credit terms are discussed. Account term will be established only when credit worthiness has been proven.

All customers without an account will be considered C.O.D

COD orders require a 50% deposit at time of placement. The balance is cue before shipment. We accept Cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard or certified cheque.

Shipping Information

All orders that require packaging for shipping are subject to a 3% packaging charge (min, $20.00). Unless otherwise instructed, the order will be packaged in 5/8 plywood box secured with wood screws. Small orders and odd shaped packages may be wrapped in cardboard. All outgoing freight will be shipped collect unless other arrangements have been made (please specify your preferred freight company).

When receiving an order, any damage must be noted on the weigh bill and brought to the attention of the carrier.

Orders to be picked up will be bundled in groups of 4 when possible, then stretch wrapped together. Any further packaging required will be subject to charges.
